Altech, Inc. was founded in May of 1979 by Mr. Billy Roy, President and CEO on a foundation of honesty, integrity, and customer satisfaction. We are committed to finding solutions for our customers that best achieve their goals.

In 1990, his son Jason Roy joined the comapny as Vice President and in 2000, his daughter, Alisha Delcambre joined the company as Treasurer. From 1979 to the mid 1990's Altech mainly concentrated on Government construction projects at Red River Army Depot, Lone Star Ammunition Plant and The Crops of Engineers. Altech was recognized for outstanding contributions and services to the nation by the Federal Procurement Systems in 1987.

In 1993, Altech, Inc. was one of the only 149 companies nationwide to receive a Administration's Award for Excellence from the U.S. Small Business Adminstration.  In the mid 1990's, Altech moved more into the commerical, instutional and industrial projects. From conception to completion, we remain committed to providing our clients the best construction services available in today's market.
